Quotes
Quotes are based on the description and photos supplied. The final price may change if the item differs once inspected. You will always be told before any extra work is carried out.
Suitability of repairs
Some items cannot be repaired safely or neatly because of the fabric, wear or previous damage. Where that is the case we will say so and no charge is made.
Repairs and alterations
Alterations such as taking in, letting out and length changes are permanent. Please check measurements carefully before work is agreed.
Timescales and payment
Turnaround is agreed with you when the work is booked. Payment is due on completion unless agreed otherwise.
Items left with us
Please collect completed items promptly. Items are handled with care, but customers remain responsible for making us aware of delicate fabrics or special requirements.
